Alternatively, you can use the website of the carrier or shipping software like ClickPost to avail its services. The carrier's support has also been shifted to the sender Assistance section or the Recipient Assistance section of the Poste Italian group from June 1, 2022.

2) How do I send an update on my Nexive shipment through SMS?

The Nexive domestic shipping services include a default notification to the recipient via email. If you want to send updates over SMS to your receiver or customer, you must purchase the add-on while booking your shipment with the carrier.
