A Problem with Deliveries

Apparel giant Arvind Fashions found themselves encountering multiple challenges with their manual logistics processes.  Resolving issues like failed deliveries, pickups, and shipment delays required manual workflows, slowing down operations.

Integrating with carriers was sluggish, and manually assigning them for every order delayed deliveries even more. The conspicuous absence of Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) on their Product Detail Page (PDP) and real-time order status notifications contributed to prolonged lead times.
