1) When will I receive the Shyplite Shipping Invoice?

Shyplite sends a combined shipping invoice of the carrier you used in its network. The aggregator follows a monthly billing cycle, and you will receive an invoice before the 15th of every month. Once the invoice is emailed to you, you will have 7 days to pay the invoice amount.

2) What is the pickup schedule of Shyplite?

Shyplite has a daily pickup schedule, and the pickup timings depend on when you book the order. If you book an order with the aggregator before 12 pm, your order will be picked up on the same day. If the order is placed after 12 pm, the order will be picked up the following day.
